Instead of both of you resigning and job-hunting, you trade places. You keep doing the work you already do, just in the city you'd rather be in. Both employers sign off, and you each step into a role that already fits your experience.

Then the swap simply doesn't go ahead, and nothing changes — you stay exactly where you are, no harm done. Employer approval is a required step precisely so that a swap only happens when everyone's on board. Part of our role is helping present the swap to employers in a way that shows the upside for them too: they keep a role filled and gain an experienced professional who genuinely wants to be there.

At launch, profiles can carry verification — identity, employment, and qualifications — so you can see who you're really dealing with before you ever commit to anything. You're never pushed toward a swap; you review your matches, message at your own pace, and decide if it's right.

It's optional on the waitlist. When you do share it, it's used to set up your verified Relocque account at launch — it's how we confirm you're a real South African professional, which keeps the whole platform trustworthy for everyone. It's stored securely and never shared with other users or sold to anyone.

Joining the waitlist is free, and there's no obligation. When Relocque launches, browsing and matching will be free to get started, with optional paid features for people who want priority. Full pricing will be shared clearly before launch — and as an early-access member, you'll be the first to know.

We only use your details to build your Relocque profile and let you know when we launch. We don't spam you, and we don't sell your information. Your data is handled in line with South African privacy law (POPIA), and your private conversations on the platform are encrypted.
